Under the moniker of VJ Poeba he travels the country to
perform at all kinds of venues. He is the resedent VJ for
the Patronaat in Haarlem. He did backing visuals to
the rock band Cereal, but also did visual art for big dance
parties with the likes of Michel De Hey or Ken Ishii.
Poeba started his design work at the age of 10 using a
commodore 64 home computer. In fact he still uses the
c64 as an inspiration and tool to create his video art.
His VJ style is mix of digital art, retro computers,
videoclips, trash and cult movies. And everything he can
get his hand on.
